The Purpose of this course was to design a library in the center of Tel Aviv city, on Herbert Samuel street right by the beach. currently in this space lies a parking lot for a hotel and an embassy nearby, The library is meant to suit the demography of the neighborhood and serve purpose to all ages.

At the entrance to the main hall of the building, there are areas for sharing activities that invite anyone passing by to enter the building.
The functions in the space are divided into different categories that invite the community to participate.
Books are available as advanced kiosks that enable a better and more comfortable learning experience.
There are couches and sitting areas throughout the space that allow for reading, informal meetings, rest, and more.
Collaborative learning spaces allow for project work, conducting informal meetings, and shared learning. Personal study areas allow for independent learning and work, suitable for students, workers, and freelancers.
The space is divided into a coffeehouse and event area (book launches, cultural meetings, etc.), which can be rented or used for formal and informal events. The space is also used for group learning and independent work during non-event times.
