The project lies in the Jumeriah district of Dubai, a central and densly populated area that is considered to be one of the main sites in the region. The site is surrounded by high rise buildings and has a gateway to the gulf.

The tower is 300 meters tall, making up 75 levels. it is connected to the pedistrian area through a group of oases surrounding the tower, pouring into the center and to levels above.

The concept of the tower is inspired by the vastness of the desert, the everchanging beauty of it’s dunes, created by continuous moves of the wind and endless of organic forms that are connected through steep pathways.
Programs
The main purpose of the programs is to give a breath of fresh air to whoever visits by the tower and to fill in the gaps for the missing needs of Dubai, since Dubai is heavily packed with urban buildings and highways, it's important to incorporate green spaces into the building and to connect people back to nature, therefore a great amount of space in the tower is green oriented. along with the vast openings at eachcrease of the tower, every corner feels like new experience.
